For pre-booking orders, dispatch will follow the timeline specified in the individual product description. Deliveries typically take 5–10 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Please note that during high-demand seasons or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may be delayed by an additional 3–4 business days.
2. Shipping Address:
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate address with the correct pincode to avoid delays or delivery failures.
3. Contact Information:
Double-check the contact number you provide at checkout. We recommend including an alternate number to facilitate communication during delivery. It’s your responsibility to verify courier service availability in your area. If the shipment is returned due to inaccessibility or incorrect contact details, re-shipping charges will apply.
4. Tracking Information:
Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp within 2 business days of dispatch. Please monitor your parcel’s status using the provided tracking number. If your order has not arrived after one week, contact us via WhatsApp. We are unable to address delivery concerns before one week of shipping.
5. Delivery Issues:
If the delivery person refuses to deliver or asks you to collect the parcel yourself, notify us immediately. We will lodge a formal complaint and ensure the issue is resolved. Our goal is to ensure smooth door-to-door delivery.
6. International Shipping:
Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary based on the destination country. These will be communicated during checkout.
7. Customs & Duties (International Orders):
For orders delivered outside India, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and cannot be reimbursed by us. Please check with your local customs authority for more information.
8. Damaged or Tampered Parcels:
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. Report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you notice visible damage or tampering (e.g., broken seals), do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Jeyas Boutique customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations or returns once an order has been placed. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain the quality and integrity of our offerings.

If you believe you have received the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us via email or WhatsApp immediately.
To process your claim, you must provide a full parcel opening video (unedited, with no cuts). This is essential for verification and ensures transparency.
2. Return Guidelines
Returns are only accepted in the case of:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items received
- We do not accept returns for sizing issues, as detailed measurements are provided on our website and social media platforms.
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with the required unedited opening video.
3. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must:
- Be in their original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be free from wear or damage, including:
- Stains
- Body odours or fragrance
- Marks
- Water damage
Returns must be neatly packed. We will not accept returns that are opened, crushed, poorly packed, or show signs of tampering.
4. Exchanges & Refunds
For eligible returns:
- Only the item cost will be refunded or exchanged.
- Exchanges can be made for items of equal value.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
